Great stay. Thank you very much Nick & Lesley. A gem of a hotel in an authentic spanish town.
Roof terrace particularly nice. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Very reasonably priced. We will be back!!

Spending the last two nights of our Andalusian trip in the Palacio Blanco proved to be a succes. It's not that Velez-Malaga itself has a lot to offer, but as a starting point or just a spot to relax it is perfect. Great hosts and lots of charm. Definitely recommended!

We have visited this hotel twice , and on both occasions found the owners Lesley and Nick extremely friendly and helpful.

It is a little home from home! The. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated as is the reception areas and courtyard.

Breakfast is fresh fruit, hams cheeses, breads freshly baked cakes from the local bakers...

We took a car journey to the new port and once again NIck and Lesley took their time to recommend restaurants and bars , this making our experience of Malaga much better...

We will definitely return here as it is a little boutique haven in the south of Spain...

Room Tip: Try to get a room that is not on the road...as can be slightly noisier..

Second visit with friends to this lovely hotel. Nick and Lesley have worked extremely hard and have achieved a warm welcoming atmosphere, whilst managing to retain a feeling of seclusion and privacy. If you want an excellent base to explore the region you would be hard pushed to find better...and the hosts are more than happy to share their knowledge . Hope they continue to do well, they deserve it

Our third visit, Palacio Blanco is a lovely place to stay and Nick and Lesley perfect hosts. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable.Breakfast consists of coffee, cereals, fresh fruit, fresh breads, jams and yummy pastries. Simply faultless, we love it and will return.

Room Tip: All rooms are beautifully decorated, our favourites are the top two rooms.

Nick and Lesley were the perfect hosts, from the moment you arrive your welcomed with a cool relaxing drink and the insight into the local area, from places to eat or to visit, take the local walking tour to see the town. The Hotel is amazing, very quiet with plenty of areas to relax, roof top 'honesty bar' with the day beds, Breakfast was great, from fresh fruit and pastries with nice coffee, great way to start the day. Take a drive out to Torre del Mar or Nerja, our favourite was the beautiful hill top town of Frigiliana, stunning view with a great resturant and nice welcome. Spent the day in Malaga on the return leg to the airport, a must to see with the amazing architecture and plenty of places to relax. Great place to brush up on your Spanish.
Will be back very soon.

Top Tips:

Frigiliana
El Caserio Resturant (Out of door turn right, 200yrds on left) all locals and "great price"
Beach front walk, Torre Del Mar.
La Gamba Dorada fish resturant, Calle de los Pintores Hermanos Clavero,

Room Tip: Room 5 was great but all the rooms were of the same top standard.

We were staying at Hotel Blanco for 3 nights and it was absolutely the best hotel we have stayed at during our trip around Andalusia. We didn't have problems with finding the hotel as the host called us and directed via mobile to our destination. We were welcome very nice by Nick and Lesley. They offered us drink, helped us with our luggage and provided us with maps and information about the best places to see, restaurants etc. The hotel is absolutely beautifully decorated in each detail and has a lovely patio. The room with modern bathroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend Palacio Blanco to anyone who likes charming places with soul.
