Recently stayed at this hotel while working on the island, the rooms are an adequate size and most seem to have a small balcony.
Cleanliness levels are very high, and air conditioning is quiet. I slept very well at the hotel, the food at the restaurant is delicious with evening entertainment also on offer every night.
The hotel is located on the beachfront and off of the main road through the resort.
I would highly recommend a stay here, and I would certainly return in the future.
The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful, and go out of their way to assist with any requests.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and complementary breakfast.

I can't give a 5 star review as the wifi signal was very weak and we could barely get any signal even when on the balcony. There's no pool which is a shame as the beach leaves much to be desired.

Overall would recommend if staying in Gouvia (which in itself is not recommended).

We spent 10 days in Gouvia and the Molfetta Beach Hotel became a regular either for an aperitif cocktail or coming later after 10pm for the entertainment evening. The Greek dancing on Sunday is probably the best but there is something every evening.

Over twenty years I have returned to this wonderful, family run hotel situated right on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. With direct access from the restaurant and the bars to the uncrowded beach, the situation is perfect for a quiet holiday. The staff are welcoming, multilingual, helpful and provide a service consistent with a 3* hotel. Rooms have traditional furniture and very adequate en suite facilities. Some have stunning outlooks across the sea to the iconic white Greek Orthodox Church. Buffet breakfasts are excellent with evening entertainment for those who wish to participate.

Considering a number of favorable reviews we booked for 3 nights at Molfetta Beach Hotel. We were therefore dismayed at the couldn't care less attitude displayed by some of the employees and the failure of the hotel to keep its written and several verbal agreements of a late checkout due to a ferry we were catching from Corfu. The room itself was described by the manager as one of their best three rooms. What a joke. The furniture was old and tired with rock hard mattresses. We had a confirmed request for a double bed but were presented with two singles. The tiny bathroom was a "wet room" due to their being no enclosure on the shower. We received no assistance with our suitcases on arrival or departure which was reasonable to expect given the several flights of stairs before reaching the room. The daytime manager at reception was indifferent and downright rude. We also were not prepared for DJ music thumping away until past midnight every night. We requested ironing facilities which were not available but are listed as a feature. The breakfasts are adequate but monotonous and we're heard the same complaint from other guests. The only people who made us feel welcome were Anna at reception and the efficient waitress at breakfast. Nearby are some good restaurants frequented by tourists. The gravel beach is close by but the water is murky and slimy underfoot. Would not recommend this Hotel mainly due to the inhospitable attitude and tired decor. Not value for money at all.
