“perfect peace”
Reviewed October 15, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Recently enjoyed four restful days at Barn Cotswold. Our hosts had thought of everything to make our holiday memorable. High end fittings, big fluffy towels, quality bedding etc etc....all in a beautiful English setting, must not forget to mention the moat and ducks out side the door! Central to many tourist spots, have to mention the Flyford Hotel, close by, excellent food and service.

“Beautiful Location, Quiet, Comfortable, relaxing, exceptional Holiday!”
Reviewed September 8, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Waking up to sunlight beaming in the skylights, the sound of pigeons cooing on the Dovecote. Rambling in the pastures, gathering fruit, watching the sun set over the distant fields. This was the perfect place to get away from normal life, sit back, relax and enjoy the scenic area.
We will be back and would highly recommend it
Thanks
M

“Outstanding! The moat house is like a fairy tale postcard and the location fabulous.”
Reviewed August 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Outstanding - my husband and I with our two young boys instantly felt at home, the owners are nearby, very approachable without being intrusive. The barn has been converted with a great use of space. Surrounding grounds are teeming with wildlife (ducks, moorhens, bats, rabbits, foxes, a heron, frog and hare). Superb location - within easy travel of Birmingham airport, many attractions within 20-40mins eg Worcester (wonderful views from the bell tower of the majestic cathedral), Strafford upon Avon (peaceful boat trips on the River Avon), several National Trust properties (Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House, Hanbury Hall, Coughton Court - all with parkland walks, beautiful gardens and houses with historical interest and intrigue.)
We enjoyed a 10 day stay and would definitely recommend it.

“It is beautiful and peaceful”
Reviewed August 4, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

I stayed at Dovecote Barn with my wife and teenage daughter during a very hot week in July. We absolutely loved it. The owners were lovely and were happy to chat without ever being an imposition. The barn itself is comfortable and homely. We had access to a large field, the far end of which accommodates an old felled tree with wild flowers surrounding it, a picnic bench and barbeque. How can you not go there for a picnic??? The main house and grounds were also beautiful and we saw deer, rabbits, butterflies, birds and various other wildlife.

It felt safe, as if you could leave the doors open and go out.

The barn has lots of literature detailing local (and some not so local) shops, pubs and other attractions, as well as some information about the farm itself. The internet connection was very useful.

We visited Worcester, Warwick, Stratford, Hay-on-Wye and Ludlow by car. The countryside was beautiful as were many of the buildings.

We are delighted that we visited this part of England and that we stayed here.
