We were a group of 7 that visit Vicki's

My wife and myself were here several times but it was a first for the other 5

My wife and I had the haddie bits with fries
1 had the seafood plater
A couple with hamburgers
A fish and chips
1 fish and scallops

Not one person had a complaint.
We can truly vouch for the haddie bits and fries , and / or the fish and chips.
Great service, great food
Worth the visit.

Tip.... we always sit in the back room. More private and less traffic

We stopped to have fish and chips because Trip Advisor reviews were so strong. When asked the waitress what we were to expect of the fish and chips, she stated "The BEST in the country!" She was confident and proud. She had every reason to be like this. The was breaded and not coated with the traditional puffy batter. Fish was delicious! The root beer ice cream floats were no slouch either!

We visited late in the day an hour before closing. Staff were very pleasant even after a long busy day. The fish and chips meal special was excellent. Crust was light and the fish was fresh. The reputation for good food and service at this restaurant is well known throughout the Annapolis Valley N.S.Several people recommended this establishment to us.

We were told that this was the best fish and chip Place we would ever eat at, and seriously had our doubts. Amazingly however it really was one of the best we have tried. The Haddie bites in many restaurants are tiny pieces of haddock, battered and deep fried. At Vicki's, its large pieces which are breaded, not battered, and it is fantastic! Much like a fish and chip order in other restaurants. Highly recommend!

One of the best meal memories of our trip to Nova Scotia. Service was excellent. Incredible fish and homemade chips. Worth the exit off the main road. A local highly recommended, and we agree.
