“Great Launching Point for a Cabot Trail Adventure”

We wish we would have stayed longer! We loved our cabin. The area was quiet and peaceful and the cabin was roomy and very clean. Our host, Angela, was very hospitable and patient despite my many questions. She was accommodating to our late arrival. This was a great "basecamp" for our trips on the Trail.

“Beautiful and peaceful”

We were looking for a rest and we found the perfect spot. Centrally located, we were able to do all the things we love: hiking the Highlands, fishing in a nearby lake, canoeing and sight seeing. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Plus it is close to a well stocked grocery store. We especially appreciated the peacefulness. We rarely heard neighbors since there are only four cottages grouped together.

I'm sorry the comfort wasn't ideal for you. The mattresses are of very good quality (Simmons Beautyrest). We've had many customers comment on how comfortable the beds are, even as recently as this week. As for the fridge making noise, I wish you would have mentionned it to us because I clean the cottages and I never noticed any noise. The appliances are still in very good condition inside and out.
