Stayed here twice in two years. Absolutely fantastic place, lovely apartments with a balcony and a glorious view of the ocean. So peaceful and relaxing. Great pool area, bar, spar right next door too. Very lovely place
The apartments are located in a great spot in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Very clean, great facilities but most of all the view was stunning. Room was perfectly adequate for my husband and I who also travelled with our 4 year old son, we literally slept in the room and due to the price per night were not expecting anything greater than we actually received. Would stay again, however since the lady we booked with retired, contact between the complex and ourselves has been sparce (not on our part) we did want to book for next summer but due to lack of contact we have now booked to stay elsewhere. This will not deter us, I would try again in the future to make contact and book.
The facilities offered are spotless, both within the apartments and on the poolside. The bar is run by an exceptionally delightful couple committed to ensuring that clients are welcomed. The regular quiz evenings are fabulous - delicious and plentiful bbqs cooked freshly - followed by hilarious presentation of quiz by Francis - which covers popular topics interspersed with seriously challenging general knowledge. Situated in the Old Town, local bars and restaurants and sandy beaches provide a wide choice close by - the atmosphere is gentle, safe but lively. A perfect setting for relaxation, without any pressure to do anything but have your holiday in a way that suits you - in a word - heavenly.
I have just come back from the San Fran 11 apartments, and have had a great time. I had always wanted to book this particular apartment because of how it is situated. (i really enjoy the evening sun) The sun on the balcony from 10.30 in the morning until 8.00 p.m ..and the undisturbed view of the port and the fishing boats/ boat taxis coming and going is great to watch. Also I do love where these apartments are based, near the italian pizza place, (Marios ...beauiful food) the supermarket and the complex being in the heart of the old town. This is also in close range to the steps to the start of the Puerto Calero walk for those who fancy an early 4 km dusty ramble. The apartment is about to be updated with some TLC and I just think it has the best location in the complex. The people that maintain the place are lovely. I was on my own for part of the trip and felt very comfortable. I also love the pool, which is nice and lukewarm in the evening. I absolutely would recommend the san fran 11, I would recommend the apartment I stayed in, could not fault any of it,,, thanks nick
we have stayed here now 2 times and comming again in november. these apartments are great location in the old town. you have a spar 2 mins walk along with a few lovely bars and marios which is first class. on the bottom entrance u have a 5 min walk into old town where there is so much choice of eateries and bars. the complex is kept immaculate and dawn the lady who we rent of has the apartment always spotless. there is a pool bar there which is lovely and the staff are very friendly. the pool area is always well stocked with beds and there is 2 pools with a slide dividing them. anyone who is thinking of these i fully reccommend these and will return year after year . the view from dawns apartment of the sea is amazing and the harbour. every box is ticked with these apartments .
Just had one week in apartment 701 couldn't fault a thing big shout out to Ken & Amanda the couple that own it .. Staff at sanfransico brilliant too. The pool area and views were lovely It's in a good location too would definitely go back 10/10 loved it
We stayed in this wonderfully located complex. It was our first time to stay in the old town. The view was spectacular from our balcony. We took a "two bedroom" apt. It was very old, but homely, had all cooking facilities and washing machine. Two toilets and one shower. The only thing was it was very "tired" and the patio doors were very poor. the view made up for that, I guess.
