The apartments are spacious and clean, and have wet room showers for wheel chair users. They are cleaned daily, sheets are changed every three days, and towels every other day.The swimming pool has a hydraulic operated chair to lower disabled guests into the swimming pool. Some of the apartments have the kitchen units lowered for disabled access, but they would need to have carers who can reach wall mounted cupboards and high hanging rails in the wardrobes.
The restaurant really lets it down however, as it is small, and shabby, and only open for breakfast and there are no pool bar facilities. In fact during our stay we rarely saw anyone using it at all. This is a great shame as it overlooks the pool, and with some imaginative changes could really add to the facilities on offer. All the apartments are accessible by sloping ramps if not at poolside level. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and there is a downstairs supermarket for self catering guests which is also accessed via a lift.More
