Disappointing. Overpriced, noisy, tiny uncomfortable room , the hotel took a hold of the full price and not the 50% as they informed us even though we paid in cash
Welcoming drink? Not even a glass of water , though it was much needed , certainly not the Greek standard of hospitality we got everywhere else

Nice room but small. Nice little balcony with a sitting area and 2 chairs. Not much lighting. Lots of space for hanging clothes. Small bathroom but well-designed - you won't hit your head on the wall while on the toilet. Clean. Nice towels. 2 single beds pushed together to get full-sized. Nice common covered patio area. A real family bakery 2 doors away. Noise level can get loud on the weekends but that's part of being in the middle of old town. Shout outs to Ioanna, Konstantina and Nikolaus. They were great hosts!!

Lots of restaurants and shops all over the place. Crazy street design, easy to get lost (which I did many times). 2 drop-off laundries within 5-10 minutes walking distance (depending how long you get lost - lol).

A big THANK YOU to Ioanna and Konstantina. My wife has difficulty walking and we had an early morning (6:30am) flight (bad planning on my part). The hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian-only zone and to walk to the nearest taxi pickup would take her 15-20 minutes. They were able to arrange a mini-taxi service pickup for 5am!!! And the regular taxi would pick us up at 5:15am at a Fabrika Square.

Visited this hotel during the summer. Great location as it is in the center but with a cost. Extremely expensive for what if offers and terribly noisy. All nights there was a constant buzz from adjacent clubs. Horrible stay. Room was nice, bathroom too. No view or balcony. Would never stay again there

A small hotel located in the heart of Mykonos. Very nice decoration and clean. The room was not very spacious but was ideal for 3-4 days. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. Although not included in the price, we were offered coffee, cookies and juice for breakfast. Although the location is very central, there was absolutely no noise coming from the street and shops around. I would definitely recommend it and i would love to go back in the future.

great location and exceptional staff. comfy and clean room with very good wifi. cutest communal balcony area to eat breakfast in the sun or pour a drink and chat with other guests. if you're looking for 7star luxury and pampering this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a great place in the centre of Mykonos town that is still pretty quiet and has everything an active holiday maker needs (they even leant us fresh towels every day for the beach, free of charge) then this is the place for you. the airport is only 10 mins away by public bus, which can be caught a 5 min walk from the hotel. the bakery next door sell great food at a very reasonable price and the staff are very knowledgable about how best to move around the island and where to go. i really, really enjoyed my stay at Terra Maria and i will be booking here again next time i visit the island.
