Do you know this feeling when you don't want to write a good review only because you're afraid the place will get so popular that it won't be that quiet for you any more))? So that is what I feel now.
I was prepared by reviews at the booking site that I might be feeling uncomfortable, meet unwanted guests (i.e. insects), but nothing like that happened to me.
There was an unpleasant thing - two actually, but about the same problem - a broken window and a broken remote controller for an air conditioner. I don't like insects, so an unclosing window is a kind of disaster for me. And that fear made me find a way to shut the window (the mechanism was broken so it wouldn't shut as it should...) and lock it and I was ok being unable to open it again. Hopefully they fixed it when I left.
The air conditioning wouldn't turn on! And that is a disaster when it's +35 outside and you need to hide somewhere cool during the peak hours. It took some time over the phone talking to the reception desk and a couple of "technical guy" visits to finally have a working remote!)
In the room you have a big bed with a quite hard mattress (good for me!), bedside tables, a desk and a chair, an old tv-set (I don't need a tv-set so I wouldn't mind if there wasn't any at all), a closet, a stove, a kitchen sink and a fridge in a little kitchen corner with some kitchenware, cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses (!) and a corkscrew (!!!) in the cupboard, and a bathroom - not new but very clean. But the most important thing is a sea view terrace with a table and 2 chairs! The studios are located at the part of Afitos where there's no noise from the crowd or restaurants and bars or annoying music. You have some neighbors and a beautiful sea, and only its sound at night when the neighbors have gone to beds)
It's a little walk down to the sea. The beach at that part is a little rocky but you can always go to the beaches with better shore, bars and music)
There's only one bar down here and one - but the best in Afitos - seafood restaurant.
The room and furniture are not new, but very clean. The cleaning lady comes every day!
So it is the best place for people like me who prefer a quiet place to stay and don't mind having a good walk to fun places))

Afitos studios have a great view over the sea while its set in a quiet area of afitos.IMPORTANT: You check in HOTEL AFITOS where you get your keys and then you go to your studio which is a 3 min drive. Its hard to find so follow the sign to paralia liosi and on your right after the "oikia katsarou" you find studios afitos. Its pretty clean and the cleaning lady is very polite and nice. The utilities all work properly. There is only one plug in the room and one in the bathroom. Also THERE ARE NO BLINDS in the windows and the sun rises from the side of the rooms,so bring your sleeping mask.

Really difficult to find.. booked on Booking... but all forgiven for very friendly staff, great value room, and the VIEW... to die for. Go to the Afitos Hotel on beach and check in. The studios are up on the cliff... clean, beautiful terraces and ask for top floor room.

Room Tip: top floor!

This pictures on the booking.com and TripAdvisor are from the hotel Afitis, not from the studios. The sun beds are only for hotel guests and the sun beds on beach in front of the hotel is what the studio guests can use.
The beach in frond of the hotel the worst you can get in Afitos, a lot of rocks and sea urchin so we barely went to the hotel and used any of the facilities.
The kitchen, or what I called “the sink” contains only one small fridge and sink with one oven connected to each other is exactly 0.5 square meter. The bathroom was really really small and almost impossible to take a shower inside the shower cabin. I think that this studios are really overpriced because of the “use of the facilities of the hotel”, which is not quite true so I would not recommend it at all
The lighting on the streets was really poor and if you go back to the studio at night its quite challenge.
