The size of the room, the cleanness of the bathroom the food in the restaurant were excellent. It was a lot of Greek typical food and that what made food so special. Fruits and ice-cream available all day long for AI clients.
As the name implies the panorama was more than nice. The pools were clean.
Neither the hotel nor the service can’t be faulted.
The only negative things: no activity for children and the beach is small and not very nice. For AI clients it is a bar on the beach that serves only soft drinks.

We thought we had booked a suite at the Panorma but ended up with a room (not the fault of the hotel) however we really didn't mind, because the room was great - spacious, immaculate and with a view across the gardens.

There was plenty of selection with the food, and everthing was very fresh. The restaurant and rooftop bar have superb views across Kos and the water to Turkey. So you can watch the sun set with a glass of wine and some lovely greek olives - perfect! With regards to wine, we were on a half board basis and paid for drinks. This seemed to be a good way to do things, as we were able to choose good wine (usually only about 15 euros a bottle!) rather than stick to the house option.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, as long as you are happy to have a fifteen minute walk into Kos (of course you can cycle, ior get a taxi too) which we really enjoyed.

My husband and I were happy with this hotel, given what we paid for it. It is not 5 star, but we didn't pay 5 star prices either. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated and not in the best shape. The carpets were stained and there was some mold in the shower. We didn't go all-inclusive, just breakfast and dinner. Which worked out well for us, because we were gone during the day. The beach across the street is awful, crowded and rocky. I'm really glad we rented a car and discovered the beautiful sand beaches at the other end of the island. Also, just because dinner is included in your rate, doesn't mean your drinks are. That was a little disappointing, that among a few other things, made us feel like it was a nickel and dime kind of place that was constantly trying to squeeze more money out of you. The food was good and there was always a huge selection. Overall, I would call it a 3 star, maybe 3 1/2.

OK - no one else from our group has made a comment so I will. We were a group of 120ish, booked a long time in advance, for a week minimum.
On arrival about 35 of us had no rooms because the hotel had booked in a large multi-national business (no - they were not worth it!) and so had double-booked our rooms.
Our group co-ordinator had no prior warning of this, so she had no time to sort out the folk most able to be be bused to-and-fro. One couple voluntarily gave up their room so that a wheelchair user could stay and not be moved out.
I finally got the key to my room about 6pm on the evening of the day after arrival. Well over 24 hours late, and 8 hours after checking out of the hotel I was moved to.
At the very least the Admin should have told our co-ordinator, so she could have attempted to make a pragmatic decision, instead of the hotel's random approach.
Apart from the dreadful start the hotel was OK(ish).
Very much an 'end-of-season' approach in the main bar. Service was extremely slow, with wine +glasses, or coffee, just sitting on the tray for ages instead of being delivered.
Lunch in the cafe by the pool was a delight when the friendly smiley waiter was on duty, and a complete change of atmosphere when monosylabic Mr Grumpy served us.
The food in the main restaurant was not as good as other hotels our group has been to. It did not give the impression of having been freshly prepared - all a bit re-heated and covered in sauce so it was not too dry. And by the end of just 1 week I was a bit bored with the sameness.
But the conference facilities were great, and my room comfortable and clean.
But the terrible start rather spoilt things!

The decor, cleanliness and views from the hotel are lovely. Hotel is a bit out of the way so you cant really go to local bars and restaurants. Only 1.50euro to go to Kos town a short journey away. Hotel has own section of beach but beach itself is disappointing, very pebbly and quite dirty. The rooms on the first floor are very badly positioned, either looking onto concrete walls or a concrete rooftop. My friends had these rooms but they were very large and well equipped. Our room on the first floor was very small in comparison and looked out onto a carpark/walkway so we couldnt really have curtains open. Asked to move rooms but hotel was full.Hotel is very large and impressive when you walk into the entrance. Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. We were half board and as drinks are quite expensive we decided to upgrade to AI for 20euro per day per person on some days. You still have to pay a supplement for premium drinks. My companions enjoyed the food in general but I lived on salads which was fine. Some nights the food was lovely and piping hot and other nights it was cold. At breakfast I had an ice cold fried egg which I found puzzling because it was from a tray that had just been put out. However there was an excellent variety available and the desserts were lovely.Overall this hotel looks like a 4star, the food could be 4star if it was always delivered piping hot (this is a simple thing to achieve in catering) the staff are 5star, the rooms are 4star quality (if you dont get one on the first floor!) Entertainment was awful, with a keyboard player/singer every night. However as I was in a party of 11 we had a great time. Outside bar by the pools was brilliant but the a la carte restaurant not very good. Overall we had a great time despite location and entertainment and I would return to this hotel.

Room Tip: Do not get a room on the first floor!!
