We ordered the red snapper as recommended by people in line. It is fried but not like we are used to in the US, whole fish with a very light breading - it is wonderful. Comes with fritters, cassava and plantains with pickled onions. They ran out of prepared snapper so we waited while they fried some up and had some conch fritters.
Window service by a very charming lady while several cooks work to keep up. There are picnic tables on the beach and a liquor store next to the gas station.
FYI, they are only open on the weekends, is a definite locals place and cash only.
