Two years after we discovered Sa Cova we returned and were (again) only happy with our dinner. Nico presented the menu personally - Mediterranean food with a clear French "bistro" touch and focus on local, fresh ingredients. The food did not disappoint, I would particularly highlight the Foie Gras (produced responsibly according to Nico) and the Risotto as well as the Dorade. Still after three years, Nico is a great host, enthusiastic about his restaurant and its cuisine. Wines/champagnes are prices reasonably too. Bottom line highly recommendable, also great location, centrally located in Ibiza Town but still a step away from all the "tourist traps".
