We always have a fab holiday here. The welcome is lovely. The staff friendly and efficient. The pools are great. The entertainment is varied free and fun. The food is good and the drinks are generous. We had a lovely sunny balcony and the beach is just a few hundred yards away. The gardens are sumptuous and everything is kept clean throughout the day and night. Looking forward to our next visit.

This should be 5* absolutely outstanding the welcome you receive is 2nd to none we was booked in by Enric what a gentleman we was taken by the bellboy Jose who explained how we use room keycard to access through hotel to our room etc also very informative told us where breakfast , lunch & dinner is served, pool areas, the on site spa amongst other stuff. rooms amazing we stayed in room 5101 spacious clean, lovely bathroom, beds soooo comfortable, lots of wardrobe space with a safe (pay at reception) lovely balcony. Hairdryer in bathroom, complimentary shower/shampoo gel which is absolutely gorgeous smell, soaps, nail file, shower cap. Toilet rolls constantly replenished also bath towels, hand towels changed regularly. There is also complimentary tea, coffee & sugar sachets in room & the cleanest kettle (inside) i have ever seen abroad.
We went down for breakfast on our first morning & omg the food is amazing every bread you can think of, cereals galore, nuts, dried fruit etc. Pancakes, croissants, numerous cheeses, pate, fresh fruit everything for an english breakfast, fresh apple juice, orange juice, water, vodka & tomato juice, tea, coffee, milk, chocolate milk the list is endless. Now im funny about eggs but Fatima cooks eggs while you wait fried or omelettes, i decided to try an omelette cheese ham & onion, thanks FATIMA best omelette ive ever had & im well travelled WOW is not good enough to explain how it tasted & no soggy egg in middle thoroughly cooked. Alexis served us on many occasions & he is such a lovely chap very friendly, also like to mention Alejandro & Sara who worked the evening shifts agin absolutely amazing service with a smile.
Evening meals where do i start ? Men wear trousers for evening meals, there was a choice of 3 meats varying from Entrecot, pork, turkey, lamb, suckling pig, rabbit, pork loin, chicken, this was sliced for you by the chef Mr Daniel another lovely Gentleman. Then over far side various fish, pizza, lots of salad on salad bar, canarian potatoes with mojo sauce, other meat dishes, gren beans, carrotts, rice, bread, rolls the list goes on & on I cannot say we had one bad meal or one morning or night where we couldnt eat & im a very fussy eater & have to be careful. I would say the food is outstanding & cannot fault it in any way at all,we had took extra money in case we needed to eat out after reading some reviews prior to arriving, not sure what some people eat but i was amazed at the choice on offer & we never ate out once, food was so good.
The pools are lovely & enough sunbeds to go round also an umbrella for every 2 sunbeds, pool towels supplied by hotel which you can have changed by pool whenever you need it changed up until about 10.30am daily.Lovely snack bar by pool. Pads on sunbeds are brilliant so thick & comfy. The grounds are kept lovely, well worth a wander around them it feels so tropical, also a little chapel on site wow. Friday is market day & it starts right outside the hotel which is a bonus, dont pay 1st price they say as some start quite high.mogan itself is beautiful lovely marina where you can get boat to puerto rico for about €12 return per person, also if you go out of front of hotel turn left & walk down the walkway towards the town on your right hand side behind a wall just past the gymnasium theres is a bus station that runs buses to many other places on the island & its only a few euros each.
2 more people who made our stay unforgettable was the lovely Carmelo hes an absolute star & a real gentleman, the other person id like to mention is Isabela lovely lady & extremely informative & helpful.
Were usually ready to come home after 8 nights out of our usual 10, but we didnt want to leave & we will definitely return next year. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one,Thank You lisa n sharon xx
see you next year

A shorter review this time, as by now most potential clients must have a pretty clear view of what this fabulous hotel can offer them. We required a relaxing break in a warm sunny climate after the cold, snowy winter weather at home. This is exactly what we got. We were in a ground floor room in block 7, facing towards the lower pool, and although we normally prefer an upper floor room, we were very pleased with the easy access we enjoyed to the sunbathing areas. Plenty of comfortable loungers available throughout the day. My wife made full use of the daily stretching exercises and aqua gym activities - she would like to give particular praise to Julia on the animation team. All members of the hotel staff seem dedicated to delivering first class service, and there was very little to be critical about. I found the reception staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Some aspects seem unlikely to change (paying to use the room safe, tip-toeing gingerly over the "sandy" grit round sections of the pools), but the overall package remains very good - we will return!
We again would like to give a mention to Sofia, who works tirelessly and cheerfully in the main buffet restaurant and Fula pool restaurant. Finally, we found early June to be a particularly relaxing experience in beautiful Puerto de Mogan. This is the off-peak period, but ideal for us.

Spent the Easter holidays here with our 6 year old daughter after reading all the excellent reviews and am very pleased to say it is worthy of all the praise. It is a midsize resort with immaculate grounds and a decent range of facilities. It is slighty set back from the town and its wonderful marina area but an easy 5-10 minute walk away.
Particular highlights for us were the range of food in the restaurant. We were half board and even though we stayed 2 weeks the food never became repetitive - in fact on more than one occassion there was simply too much choice. We also loved the fact the pools were heated. Our daughter is at that age where she loves being in the water and unlike other places we have stayed we didn't need to worry about her turning blue! Another lovely bonus about staying here is the free access to the adjacent archeaological park. Even if you are not interested in the ruins the walk along the hillside offers lovely views over Mogan.
However when reviewing this hotel before coming my only concern had been the lack of comments mentioning children and the suitability of the hotel for younger guests. Fortunately i didn't need to worry. Being the Easter holidays there were plenty of families and children were well catered for. The animation team worked really hard and there were pool activities, trampolining and bowling and importantly for our daughter evening activities notably a mini disco. Some of the shows were aimed at the kids too and their version of the Lion King was particularly good - great costumes.
However those travelling without children will not feel overrun as the hotel maintains a dignified air and the dress code at dinner ensures guests make an effort.
We thought this was a great hotel and Mogan is lovely. We would go back.
