We spent a week there in early August this year and loved it. The house was basically our base camp for trips around northern parts of Ireland. It's located bit off the "big cities" but everything can be reached by car. There is a well written infobook about the surrounding area and services they provide also emergency information was available. The few things we missed were the instructions for waste handling/recycling and the waterheater...(well, it wasn't too complicated to operate anyway). The wastebins next to gate were full when we arrived and never emptied during our stay. The house was well equipped and more than spacious for only two people. There's even washmachine for laundry but no dishwasher. There's no wi-fi at the premicies but that wasn't really a problem . Overall it was a nice surprise for the money we payed for it. We were bit sceptic first before seeing it by own eyes.
