Had two visits on two days last week and this great little beach bar. But on third day we went it had closed and stayed closed for the rest of our holiday. Spoke to a few locals and it appears the premises weren't owned by the staff who ran the bar. They "rented" it from the people who owned it, who also own the building on the other side of the road from the bar. We have been told that the owners have decided to redevelop the site (on both sides of the road) so needed the current "users" to go. I guess a new bar / hotel / something, will pop up in its place next season - but for now, sadly, The Beach Shack is no more :-(
