Staffs are very good and cooperative. Hotel is low quality and its bathroom is very low standard and terrible and small. The room is not decorated and light in the room is inadequate and the wall are discoloured. I don’t think it is 10K room. Maximum rent of this room should be below Taka-1000/- but the side scene increase its demand and it should not be more than 2000/-.
Very poor management system. During Hamun we stayed there. Generator system of the hotel not worked. And we did not get the AC facilities and electricity of the hotel stopped at the night time and we could not sleep for 4 hours. Very pathetic. Hotel management should provide us full waived of the rent but they provided 20% discounts.
In a nutshell, I thought I would arrange a family trip there but facilities of the hotel told me don’t do this. It would be another pathetic experience. This is my first and last visit in the hotel unless there’s many changes.

Neeshorgo hotel and resort a beautiful and well decorated place. One of the most hyped place in the last 2-3 years here in Coxsbazar. The most attractive feature of Neeshorgo is their infinity swimming pool at the rooftop. Their rooftop is also well decorated, maintained, and organized. Their buffet breakfast quality is also good. We have taken lunch their as well which is also good and value for the money. Their rooms are average and they are not offering any private beach.

We were 5 people from Nepal, Hotel oner Tippu did big welcome to us, all the staffs were great, beautiful, neat , clean and comfortable room with balcony. food were great too. we highly recommend to anyone who are looking for hotel or resort at Cox Bazzar.
