Positives: Sea view veranda (room 805), large room, toilet and bed size, clean, room service, complementary breakfast, staff behavior, early checkup
Negative: Toilet fixtures needs regular maintenances.

I stayed for a week in a deluxe room, which was huge in size with bay view. Could see the waters from lying down on my bed. Breakfast is very good but they woulnt allow take away in case you are in a hurry and cant dine in there. The room was smelly with shabby and strained furniture. The toilet was smelly too. Tue commode clogged and I had to call for a plumber twice! Room service is extremely expensive. There were always concerts/programs with loud music almost every night till 1 or 2 in the morning at the hotel’s designated beach. The pool area is beautiful, you can enjoy tue full moon or evening breeze just by sitting there. Pool water is not heated. The hotel area is clean but right outside of its boundary walls garbages are too much visible. Plastic waste everywhere.

For a three star hotel in Bangladesh, this was pretty good. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Friendly staff. The balcony lock however did not work and they were ok with not fixing it. The breakfast is a single choice local traditional parata/daal/omlette with tea and toast. Overal the stay was nice. Wifi never worked however. And as a precaution, be advised the room key, if lost, will cost you a wooping BDT 500. The beach is about seven minutes walk from here which was fine. There is plenty of places to have food outside including a quick deshi tea. Local transport (auto rickshaws), CNG is available just outside with buses nearby. Overal, a fairly decent 3 star hotel which I would not mind choosing again.
