Wonderful servie. Polite staff. Excellent food. Would love to stay again at this hotel. Hotel price is worthy of everything you get.

Nice hotel but needs to be improved
Review of Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort

Stayed there in Feb 2012. Nice big hotel. Employees are very friendly. Reservation was smooth. Stayed 3 nights. On first night room had a bad odor. Bathroom was also smelly. Complained and air freshener was sprayed twice. But no result. Next day they changed the room. Rooms are small. No bath tub even in premier rooms. Service people are helpful.
Offers free breakfast with good selection. Restaurant is clean. Also tried lunch. Expensive but food was not so good. Hotel was undergoing maintenance. Heard some banging noise at night and also few workers were present during day time. Swimming pool is ok. But sauna and steam rooms are tiny. Gym is also tiny. No access to beach from hotel. On the day of departure I requested the complimentary shuttle. But the chauffeur was too late even I requested the service 30 minutes ago. I had to arrange my own ride at last. This created a bad impression. I recommend this hotel as it is the best hotel in Cox's Bazar. But they need to improve their service

This hotel is not only excellent by Bangladeshi standards, but Westerners, from developed countries, will be thrilled as well. Rooms were awesome; they were spotless, modern and lush. The beds were very soft and the service was excellent. The restaurant was great too. It is by far better than other hotels in the area that claim to be 5 stars but fall far short. As a matter of fact, we left one of the other "5-star" hotels after only one night and finished our stay here. After seeing and experiencing the other hotels in the area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Newly started in October. It left behind all other hotels in cox bazar. Truly magnificent and awesome service quality. No doubt its a 5 star hotels in a great location. I stayed there for 3 days and i simply loved all the services. If you want to experience international standard quality at Cox Bazar you must stay at this hotel. I am sure you will experience the value's of a true vacation. The best hospitality i have ever seen or experienced before. Foods are little bit expensive but you wont mind after the service that they will provide you and the quality of the foods. I didnt like the Milk Shake but the caramel Pudding is superb. Its a huge hotel with full of unlimited entertainment and resources. Even if you sit in your room you can enjoy the sea beach and when the night comes this hotel shines like crystal with its excellent lighting decoration. I should suggest the hotel Management to put some facilities like ATM BOTH,GAMING,SALOON & Some indoor shops. I wish all the best for its future.
Room tip: Deluxe sea view with terrace.

We traveled to Cox's Bazar from the USA.We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in the past all over the world. We found Ocean Paradise to be a true 5 star hotel. The rooms were very clean and in fact look like they are new. There is a safe in the room and wonderful bathroom facilities. The food was excellent and no one in our party got sick from the food. We did not drink the water, but bottled water was offered. Security was good and we at no time felt unsafe. The rate for the room was less than $100 per night. I am sure a hotel of this quality in the DC area would be well over $400/night. We would love to go to this hotel again for a longer stay. I would suggest flying to Cox's Bazar as the road to the area is poor and very dangerous. Once there, it is a wonderful city and area and worth the trip.
Room tip: Ocean view a must.

It's really good feel to stay there and you can feel yourself that you are in a real holiday with freindly atmosphere everywhere in the hotel and all other facilities are good. All the rooms are well equipped with modern amenities. Foods are really tasteful you just love it. 5 Star standard hotel better to stay here other then Sea Gull or Long Beach.
Room tip: Superior wings is always better to stay with Pool & Sea view
