The first thing I really liked about this place wasn't the huge building or the comfy interior, but the bright smile of the doorman who opened the door for us. When I went in, everyone smiled and greeted us, and I somehow felt better instantly. Their rooms are big enough, clean sheets, they have all appliances and it was simply perfect. I also liked how they didn't charge extra for the swimming pool, the sauna, the steam room and the gym. It proves that these people aren't just looking for every single way to get money from the people, that they actually care and think of the comfort of the customer unlike all the other hotels. Their restaurant has good food, their spaghetti bologna was like an explosion of delicious flavors in my mouth. But most of all, I liked their hospitality, they were always these to help when we needed anything. They got anything in my room is seconds, service was absolutely magnificent.
When I first came to cox's Bazaar, I wasn't really that excited at all but this hotel made my trip MUCH better. I felt relaxed and content.
And the internet speed is really good for a country like Bangladesh, I am in the room using it right now!
The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast. I was hoping for more varieties. It was more bengali based, there weren't many continental choices. They could have cereal or oatmeal, or maybe take a separate order for egg instead of preparing it beforehand. Although I know people here are not too crazy for healthy food, I really wished they would have had brown bread, it's a much healthier choice and that's something we always have to look out for.
In conclusion, an amazing place to stay and I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever come to Cox's Bazaar. Ocean paradise, keep it up!
