First of all, my humble apologies for your experience.
Actually in the current situations, we had to follow the govt rules imposed on us, about the national ID. Also we advise all of our guests to bring the copy of it during the reservations time. However, still I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Second part is, WiFi, it's available in rooms. Few rooms are kind of a dead zones and there are also solutions available for that. In many times our support teams provided support for both rooms under WiFi coverage and rooms with dead zones. I strongly advise you to seek for IT help and they will be willingly help you.
About swimming pool, actually hotel's policy is to use the proper swimming attire. Still in many cases, we were flexible, considering the local socio-cultural perspective. I'm still sorry, for the inconvenience caused to you, which was not supposed to be.
And finally I hope you will come back, because at the end of the day, we wish to see our valuable guests to be back. And surely, the next visit will not be that bitter what you just mentioned...
