Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life domestically and internationally never have I seen a hotel claimed 5 star this bad.It’s my last day here hotel staff called me at 11 in the morning switched off the lights and ac of the room around 10-10:30 in the morning talked with a rude accent where I was talking calm staff behavior is horrendous,ugliest hotel breakfast I’ve ever had,you’re only allowed in the pool once,go twice and the hotel staff will talk to you insultingly,can’t take no towels from the room to the pool nor can you take towel from the pool to your room,no lifeguard at the pool,rooms are ugly no carpets,in room dining is very poor ,overall you won’t get any relaxation at the hotel too much made up rules and regulations.
Overall facilities is good. Not 100% but good enough to travel and stay. If you would like to stay and enjoy the beach vibes then it can be a good option for you, because the beach is very near to it.

this was the best hotel in cox's bazar in my openion. Our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed very in there swimming. And thay have a rooftop restaurent. Staffs are very much polite. Sajib, annesha from reception and arman from concierge help us so much.
Had a great time at Hotel Ocean Paradise, where I stayed for three days with my family and wife. My friend Saifuddin Khaled Nabil referred me to their hotel. The service was good, but the hotel or restaurant management should improve the taste and quality of their breakfast food.
