Gracias por dedicar un tiempo para valorar tu experiencia. Esto me permite mejorar.
Lamento que no pudieras entrar a la hora acordada. Los inquilinos anteriores se confundieron con los horarios y no pudimos preparar el apartamento hasta que se personaron y retiraron su equipaje. Lamentablemente tardaron varias horas en llegar y nos vimos obligados a esperar fuera hasta que llegaron y retiraron sus cosas. El trabajo de limpieza se tuvo que hacer apresuradamente mientras esperabais fuera y nos vimos obligados a priorizar.
Tomo nota de las ventanas, pondremos un pestillo para que se puedan bloquear. Es buena idea.
Para evitar que se repitan problemas con la hora de salida, fundamental para permitirme limpiar y revisar voy a tomar varias medidas, dejaré escrito en el apartamento un recordatorio del dÃa y la hora de salida y voy a incluir una clausula en el contrato autorizándome a entrar en el apartamento y retirar los enseres personales pasada la hora lÃmite.
