“An amazing vacation home with all the necessities and more!”
Reviewed July 23, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

This home was perfect for our family and complete with all amenities. One of the many perks was walking out each morning with a cup of hot tea and getting to smell the clean air, see the beautiful scenery and sit in the lovely garden.

The beds were comfortable, the sitting rooms were cozy and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. My husband and daughter especially enjoyed reading in the comfortable, bright sun room.

Phil and Karen were wonderful hosts who helped us find great things to do and navigate the area. They had fun ideas for the kids and were very kind and welcoming. The kids loved their welcome package, what a nice treat after a long journey.

The home was surrounded by an amazing view of Brecon Beacons. It was close to the parks, waterfalls, castles and beaches. We can't wait to return!!

“Good spot on edge of Brecon Beacons”
Reviewed June 23, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

A great place for a short break, close to Waterfall country (did a great 12 mile walk around several waterfalls including two you can walk behind). Also not far for mountain walking in Brecon Beacons. We avoided the crowds on Pen y Fan and did two mountains on other side of road (Fan Frynych and Fan Fawr) where there was hardly anyone! The cottage owners were very welcoming. Cottage had all you could need. Note there is not an oven as such but a combined microwave/convection oven. The pub across road is basic but good filling meals.

“Excellent”
Reviewed June 3, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We had a lovely week in this comfortable house. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the little extras you tend to forget when you go away. Big bathroom very clean and fresh. Great conservatory with view of the mountains! The owners were on hand to welcome us, with starter provisions and a plate of Welshcakes, and could supply plenty of local information. We would give it a 110% if it were possible.
