This is when you make something simple so perfect that nobody believes that it is simple. It has been a while and I still remember the taste of gnocchi that melt in my mouth leaving a simple taste of only potatoes as if I never ate either of them. The duck, the piglet, the beet root espuma, the poached egg, the perch... The only thing you can do wrong is not to try everything. The setting copies the food. Modern, simple and yet very sophisticated. The service is unspeakably kind and professional. I believe it is a restaurant worth traveling quite a distance for. And the chef is definitely a star who deserves applause and reward!
