Recently we had the opportunity to dine at the Chef's Table at Le Bistro at Santorini at the Cuisinart Golf Resort and Spa. It was a fantastic experience. The service was tremendous and attentive. We were introduced to the chef, the wine server, and each server by name. Chef Jasper guided us through the meal by describing each course, where it came from, how it was prepared, etc. I love meals like this because you are challenged to try things you otherwise might not order. One of the things most people also raved about was the bread pairings. Each course was paired with a different bread and butter (sourced from France) and it worked perfectly together. The Chef's dinner is only held one night per week so if you are interested inquire early. We did also dine at the restaurant from the regular menu and were not disappointed by the snapper or the foie gras. Many of the vegetables at the resort come from its own hydroponic farm so you know what you are eating is fresh. Delicious.
