Booked a room for a sports event in the area and it was canceled due to corvid-19. Phoned as soon as I got the Notification and was charged half price. Will not stay here again. Poor customer service.

My stay was good but few things could have been better. The hotel website stated that a full breakfast was offered. Due to COVID-19 only a grab and go was available. The website should brought up to date. The TV in my room was very hard to use. The chair at the desk in my room was broken.
My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

As always my room is very clean very quiet and very comfortable. The beakfast is basic but hot and good.
The hotel has a nice pool and waterslide which is well used by the kids
This is a family run hotel who always make my stay great.

This place really went above and beyond for us. We met up here for a family reunion. My mum arrived about 2PM and they let her into the room early. They had us all booked into the same wing of the hotel. They made sure to double check with us and the room as we had put a note on the file that we needed a pet free room. Room was clean and quiet. Pool with water slide was great for all the cousins to have fun on (and it was a fast slide too). With almost 20 of us we didn't fit in any one room to gather up. Lobby area seating was good for a small group of us. Games there were enjoyed by kids. Staff let us use the meeting room two evenings for a reasonable price. Breakfast was standard fare but always with lots on offer and with very pleasant staff. They even called us to ask if all was fine with our room. Definitely would make a return stay.

We had a clean and comfortable room, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool and water slide, the gym was nice as well. The free breakfast was great as we have 2 kids that have hollow legs when it comes to waffles. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This hotel is always great. My room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I managed to over sleep, this is not normal for me to do. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel. The only down side to the hotel is that it is not within walking distance to the beach. For me this is not an issue.
