At our hotel, providing excellent customer service is our top priority, and we can assure you that you were treated with the utmost professionalism by our staff. When the reservation was made through our Reservations Department, our Front Desk Agent clearly explained our Non-refundable Reservation and Cancellation Policies prior to processing the payment. You acknowledged and accepted these terms and gave authorization to charge the non-refundable deposit.
As outlined in our policy, reservations must be cancelled before 4:00 PM, at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations made within this 7-day window are non-refundable, but a credit can be issued for a future stay within one year of the original check-in date.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we genuinely wish we could have accommodated your request. However, since a claim has been made through the bank, any further actions will need to be resolved through them.
