The perfect stop on the way through Ontario! We stayed in a jacuzzi suite for one night. So accommodating regarding pets, late check in and early check out. The suite was gorgeous, cozy, shower was great and bed was super comfy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to get a chance to return.

I was very disappointed with our one night rental in the jacuzzi suite. When we came in we found spider webs all over the ceiling, the door handle to the washroom was broken that my husband had a hard time getting out, there was sand in the jacuzzi and there was a hole in the floor of the bedroom just covered with a piece of carpet. Spending 200$ for this room.. i don’t recommend it..
Just one word explains this Northern Gem, Exceptional! This was our 2nd visit to this quiet, beautiful, renovated resort! The room was so clean and comfortable with great wifi. The view of the lake is fantastic and the sunsets are so breathtaking. Marina and her staff are so friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The golf course is so beautiful and we went for walks everyday sighting many species of birds, a definite plus for nature lovers. Beaches are nearby and the city of North Bay is close as well. I am looking forward to returning next year for my summer get away! Terrace Suites is your home away from home!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Terrace Suites. The rooms are large and comfortable and the views of Callander Bay are amazing. Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. They are still working on the hotel renovations as an FYI.

My husband and I decided to spend the night in North Bay, and when we can we try to find lodgings that are independently owned, especially after the last couple of years. So, if you are someone like us, then Terrace Suites is the place for you. They are still in the renovation process, but what they have done so far is great. We stayed in room 213, had a lake view and the room was so cute.
Beautiful bathroom (yes I would have liked more counter space but really not a big deal). Small fridge with freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine. Very comfortable king size bed and pillows (and we are picky about that).
Small sectional and you could swivel the TV to face the bed.
Very clean.
Six minutes to the Casino and 15 min to the waterfront.
Would have no problem recommending this hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again.

This renovated property has a great view of the lake & is minutes away from downtown Norh Bay.The staff are beyond friendly & helpful. Rooms are spotless. Sunsets over the lake are visible out the rooms window!
