Reviewed 20 May 2012 via mobile

The terraced suite was an incredible room with beautiful views over the pool and beach. Room service to the room being a good option for meals avoiding the crowded restaurant. Bar service was very good and quick which was an improvement on last year. The only criticisms that was very annoying was the staff lack of understanding of the English language, this was very frustrating at times, especially on the first day when our cases were left in reception and a promise that they would be brought straight to our room, after three calls and the passing of two hours I collected them myself. We were in the minority being British, and we found that certain waiters would pass us to serve german and French customers first, this was blatant at times and again was very annoying. The food in the restaurant got better as the week went on, very little meat options on the first couple of days. The preferred option of eating outdoors was more suitable to cat lovers, many strays around the guests feet and waiting to be fed. On the tables at your plates if you walk away. Little was done by the waiters to clear the area and in some cases they were feeding them themselves. I think I would have preferred this hotel if I had not gone all inclusive, however, this was not an option as where it's located.

We stayed in the terrace suite, which was really beautiful and sooooo spacious!
The hotel itself was well kept and tidy. The main restaurant was pretty busy at peak times, so we ordered room service quite a bit, the only problem was a few of the staff's English wasn't that great, so we got things we didn't order and there was a fair bit of confusion now and again. However, the staff were all really friendly and I do appreciate they have to know German and French too! The ice-cream lady was an absolute star!
We ate at the 3 a la carte restaurants, Seasons and Saffron were nice but i think the seafood one was a let down.
I'd definitely recommend a trip to Ephesus if you can which isn't too far away.
Overall it was lovely and super relaxing!

Room Tip: We had a top floor terrace suite, room 550 which is on the corner and had great views and away from...

Stayed from 1st to 8th May 2012. This hotel is of a very high standard and deserves it's 5* rating.
We arrived at about 11.30pm and were told that the piano bar was open 24 hours if we wanted a drink, and also hot snacks were available in the main restaurant from midnight. Very welcome after a long day travelling.
Our room was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable and we were surprised to find it had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar, that were replenished daily.
All the staff were friendly and spoke English which we were not expecting having stayed at the sister hotel Club Sultan, two years previously where only a few understood or spoke English. This is not a criticism; they were also very friendly, polite and helpful. A special mention to Emma on guest relations and Martin bar manager who were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
We do, however, have one small gripe and that is that the food and plates were not hot enough for our liking.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Paloma Hotel chain and hope to return.

Just returned from an amazing stay at this fantastic hotel. I went with my daughter and this hotel appealed to both our age groups. The food was great, our room was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. A great atmosphere and entertainment on several nights of the week. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed 25th April 9th May.
Well, travelled down from Edinburgh and had our first night booked into Radisson Blu check in fantastic and on entering the room was very pleasantly surprised, we were on the 9th floor in the Italian collection!! Champagne chilling, thanks to my lovely husband. Flight was ok we had arrived at Izmir Airport before we knew it. For the next 14 days we got up to sunny skies and a terrific weather, infact it got hotter each day.
Check in was a big let down, when we arrived at the hotel it was certainly not a smooth process we where first off the coach and last to be allocated our Terraced suite !!!!!!!! No one knew what they were doing so first impression was not good. .We were with friends and had requested rooms together or as near as. We had even contacted the hotel by email and phone before our arrival so where dismayed to find that this did not happen.
Have to say Mine then came to our rescue and we were taken to our rooms and offered to move the next day if not happy.
But when we got to our terrace suite on the top floor room 550 Our friends in 350 we were amazed at our rooms they overlooked the town of Ozdere, we were very pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the hotel. Not really mentioned in the brochure but it’s only a 10 min walk to town along a lovely promenade. Some fantastic little shops and the market on a Saturday is well worth a visit. have to say bought some shoes and of course handbags as you do !! Ha-ha
As already mentioned in a previous review from our balcony we overlooked a little exercise park... had quite a few goes in our 2, amazed at how many local people actually used it, maybe something we should have in our parks !!!!!!!!
Terrace suite was more than I expected the Room was huge kept very clean, ( towel changed morning and night) bathroom with double sinks, hamam ( which we used a lot ) , shower, bathrobes, slippers. Terrace with hot tub, ( ): did have to mention to the hotel that they do need to ensure chemicals are used in the hot tubs ) sun loungers, chairs, table, room service turndown service infact anything you wanted all you had to do was pick up the phone.
Mini bar was filled everyday and if you asked for more it wasn’t a problem very large sofa although never really sat on it as we spent our time on our lovely balcony taking in the views. Fresh fruit and canapés delivered daily around 3pm. Honestly it was heaven !!!!!
We used room service quite a few times and even ordered for the 4 of us, breakfast was a truly fantastic experience on the terrace. We didn’t use the indoor pool but swam in the outdoor pool and the sea nearly every day.
We visited all the A la carte and found them very good although personal choice would be Seasons
We ate in Main Restaurant and the food was good, choice was amazing, service was excellent and we had the same /waiter table every night he ensured we where well looked after, and on his night off ensured someone else took care of us EXCELLENT !!

Bars good and excellent service, never had to wait for drinks and everyone was always smiling . Martin and his team where excellent. Cocktail of the day would be a good idea.
The Spa --- We had a Hammam on our second day what can I say it was amazing (: although the door opened a few times will we were being scrubbed!!
We used the hairdresser both myself (cut blow dry and highlights) and my husband had a haircut and beard trim) our head massages were among one of the most amazing we have ever had it was worth every penny without the haircuts ha-ha
Unfortunately on our second week we had to contact the hotel doctor and ended up with our friend having to spend quite a few days in Kusadasi in hospital Our TC Rep Angela and other TC reps , Mine and all the hotel management, reception staff where exceptional. We don’t know what we would have done without them. They called the hospital translated and even arranged a car and driver to take us back and forward what service! Defo 5 star and more we can’t thank them all enough. All is ok now thankgoodness.
To sum up---- What a fantastic hotel fantastic food, excellent location, one big problem can’t get booked in a terraced suite for next yr yet but will be keeping an eye on them as we will most definitely be back. We have even looked at other hotels in the group as we feel that the standard was excellent.
Re our Flight home it was awful change in plane it was a 2/4/2 We had booked row 31 HG and paid extra leg room !!! £60.00 well seats are so small width wise ( can't move the arms in between and then theres the TV controls digging in to your thighs ) we could hardly fit our bums in them and we are not big honestly !!!!!!!!!!! We had to ask to be moved PLEASE DONT PAY FOR THESE SEATS THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT There was plenty of leg room in the ordinary seats and when booking ensure the arms lift in the middle.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone, will post pictures later. Any questions don’t hesitate to ask
Thanks to Joyce and Daine who helped with quesions before we went , Diane I know your away 25th May have a fantastic time xx

Room Tip: Book a terrace suite rooms 250 350 450 or 550 are the best these all look onto the little town the...

I just got back from a week at the Paloma Pasha Resort in Turkey, and to be honest i wouldn't go back, i went away with my Mum just for a chilled week away. There wasn't anything major wrong with hotel just loads of little things which can be annoying. The food was the same during the week in the main restaurant, Lunch and Dinner!! So gets really boring by the end of the week, to get a drink while eating Breakfast, lunch and dinner took so long you would have nearly finished your meal before you can get seen to! Just not enough staff (loads of managers thou) and all didn't rush to do things.
Entreatment - Well i don't really what to say on this one it was rubbish. It didn't start till 9.30 every night so if eat early you had to sit around for a few hours waiting. While we was there was Dancing and singers and most people was leaving early.
Cleaning - AMAZING, the hotel was spotless, the lady that done our room was lovely speak english and did a lovely job on our room. Charged our towels every day even if we hadn't used them. A*
Children entreatment during the day - REALLY GOOD, there was 2 main people during the day and they was really good with the children, always tried to make sure everyone was during things and they spoke really good english.
Bar - While we was going to the bars to get drinks during the week, me and my mum noticed that they would serve Gentlemen before the Ladies. At first we didnt really think much of it but once speaking with other couples while there and every one seemed to say the same thing. So if your going away with a group of Girls, you might have to wait or speak up to get a drink.
Spa - OMG AMAZING we both have a classic relax Full body and the 2 ladies that done it was so nice and really good. We booked in for the last day at 5.30 and when we got there they had seem to double book us and didnt have enough staff, the manager was lovely and got 2 ladies for another hotel to come and do it, and was so worth the money. I would go back for the this!!!!!

We went to chill out and relax and that is what we did, during the day around the pool was lovely, weather was lovely and hot.

Just the hotel didnt match up to its 5* rating. Overall it was a lovely holiday even with all the problems.

Cleanliness – exceptional, spotless, as usual for high-end class Turkish hotels
Cuisine – wide variety of international dishes, special attention on fish, theme culinary evenings, fresh at breakfast, the cook making the breakfast omelettes is probably the most experienced one I have ever seen.
Outdoor Pool Lagoon type with fresh water, very, extremely pleasant for swimming, one of the last architectural and landscape concepts in Turkey, well maintained.
The Indoor Swimming Pool is one of largest I have ever seen in Turkey, without any compromise of the highest quality of the hotel.
Sauna – the most beautiful one, among one of the best of the last at least one hundred saunas worldwide I have visited, great room for rest, very clean.
Rooms – exquisite style in white, very comfortable bed, quiet, clean.
Music – unostentatious lounge, chill out and relaxing in the public areas.
Beach – sea with shallow water and pure sand, the only hotel in Turkey with beach and pool lifeguards, and I have visited more than twenty luxurious places in this country.
Good worth for every euro you have spent with this hotel.
