Came here for dinner saw some reviews of the hotel, and was curious about the food. I’m a little bit more than dissapointed. We ordered pancit, lechon, sisig, nachos, buffalo wings, chicken tinola, liempo, and steak. Sent back the sisig, way too salty, same thing with the steak. My opinion is that I wouldn’t eat here unless you just want snacks and drinks. There are so many other better places to eat and it won’t burn a hole in your pocket. The service was lacking, when food started comig out, it took three requests to actually get rice. I’d fire whoever was cooking in the kitchen and redo the whole menu, when you can’t even do something as simple as sisig or make mashed potatoes that actually have a taste, then dont bother to offer it. The steak was like eating chewing gum and I ordered medium, I didnt bother to finish it. I had high expectations and they were barely met, thank you for your time.

Enjoyed our 4-day stay at this boutique seaside resort. Owners are hands-on and live within the premises ensuring quality service 24/7. Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. I would stay here again and highly recommend staying in this resort.

The resort and facilities were superb but the staff needs more training. They act as if they own the place and they were so lazy and disrespectful to attend to their customers needs.

We rented a private van to drop us off at the airport upon checking out so we can decide what time to leave. Unfortunately, the very disrespectful front desk lady told us in a very rude way that the DRIVER has the right to decide what time to leave as they are just following airport "schedule" of drop off. It's our 4th time in Siargao and we haven't heard of airport schedule for drop off ever and it doesn't really make sense so we got so annoyed. Seriously, what's the point of having your own van and paying it for a thousand bucks if you couldn't have the right to choose the time of your check out? Btw, the check out time is 12noon and they're making us leave by 9am.

Management, please do something about this and train your staff properly. Make our stay and our payment WORTH IT.

2. VERT Friendly and accommodating staff. They clean the private pool twice a day.
3. Beautiful and spacious room. Stayed at Ocean Premier Suite. Spacious bathroom with toilet bidet. Working hot rain shower with enclosure. Many closet hangers. Has an outside shower to get rid of sand before entering the room. You have your own mini pool. Curve TV with cable. Mini fridge with refillable water. Surprisingly comes with an Essential Oil Diffuser. Beautiful view of the sea as it is beachfront.

5. Baby-friendly. The only restaurant in Siargao we'd dined with a highchair.

1. Airport-Hotel transfers is not free anymore starting May 2018 (priced at Php 300/person/way) considering the expensive price of the room
2. Lots of mosquitoes, ants, and unidentified insects inside the room. Good thing there is a mosquito net on the bed but still bring Insect Repellant.
3. Intermittent power outage
4. Very slow internet connection. You cannot bring your work here.
5. They do not respond in emails and texts. Better to call them.
6. Restaurant is open air. Tends to be very hot during dinner when it's candlelit. Best to have your dinner room serviced instead.
7. Not sure but I don't think they accept credit card as payment
8. Outside noise can still be heard inside the room

Room tip: Ocean Premier Suites offer a nice view of the sea. Choose a room away from the restaurant.

My friend and i stayed for 2 nights here on May 27-29, 2018.Check in and checkout process went well, resort facilities are well kept but their restaurant staff needs more training and at least be more attentive to customer's requests.
We had an early start the next day for our tour and requested the kitchen if we could bring a sandwich to go since we wont be able to avail our free breakfast. We were aware that breakfast buffet starts at 630-1030. SO in lieu of our free breakfast , we requested a sandwich to go instead. The resto staff got a confirmation from the kitchen staff that hey could fix us a sandwich to go the next day, at 6:00am. They agreed for an early pick up but when we passed by the restaurant, the lady declined and said their chef was not able to make our request because it was too early and the chef just arrived! They should have not said YES in the first place the night before if they couldn't provide what we were asking .
