Brand new, amazing marina resort with on-site bar & restaurant with live music on deck overlooking the marina on the weekends. Cocktail pool has an LP grill and picnic table so we were able to grill the fish that we caught that day. The standard rooms are spacious and have sliding glass doors that open to a shared balcony that overlooks the pool area. The bathroom had a spacious shower with open storage below the sink for Dopp kits. Big flat screen tv hung high in the corner of the room kept the dresser top free for our stuff and meant no one walked in front of it when watching a movie at night. Great location a 10-minute walk from the Abaco Sands Resort and Maxwell's Grocery Store. The breakfast bags and hot coffee that were ready to go early in the morning were great to grab and go on our way to the fishing boats. Service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful in recommendations. Greatly exceeded our expectations post-Dorian.

Really amazing spot! The rooms are beachy and costal. The bed is super comfortable, love the mini fridge, lovely shower with rain shower head and spray head. Most importantly always hot water. Personally climate controlled air conditioning. Oh, and lovely balcony with a nice deep wicker seating couch, chairs and coffee table. Perfect for playing cards, or having a glass of wine at night, or morning coffee. Plus, the balcony either overlooks the marina or pool, which are both a beautiful view. Pool and hot tub are clean with pretty gardens surrounding the pool as well seating and games to keep you occupied. Loved the food and drinks at Snappa’s the on site restaurant/bar. Had dinner there every evening and every night the food was sensational! Owners on site, staff (ie dock crew, maids, restaurant staff) all super friendly, courteous and amazing. They made you feel welcome. Also, great laundry service and bathroom amenities for the boaters staying there . Our family who sailed there and grabbed a boat slip also had an amazing experience with accommodation and staff. Plus if you’re not sailing with friends/family they have charters available for those who want to experience sailing in the Bahamas, which is amazing. Lastly, convenient location as you can walk to the liquor store and grocery store and other spots. Also close cab ride to airport. Honestly, it was a great vacation spot and can’t begin to list all the reasons as this would take forever. All I can say as enjoy!

We had reservations but needed to cancel due to travel delays with no problems from the Conch Inn. Clean property with amazing views of marina. Boutique shops and restaurant on premises. Extra thank you to the night desk clerk that called us a taxi one evening.
