Great new remodel in a central location. Would not hesitate to book again. Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. Grounds are well thought out and Snappas is a great restaurant. Traveling with family this was a great spot to launch to the more remote islands.

Great spot at Marsh Harbour, Great Abaco Island. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, balconies are a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with a nice view. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant/bar on premises. Convenient to Boats/Harbour.

The Conch Inn Marina was our home base for Abaco cruising aboard our sailing catamaran. It's just a few minutes from the airport so easy for our guests to come and go. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The marina is in excellent condition, very clean and tidy. All cleats and pilings are solid and like new. Bathrooms, shower and laundry facilities clean and well maintained. The dock hands, Eric and Avery, were the most helpful and knowledgeable that we have ever come across. They watch out for their guests... Brian called us while we were out during an approaching storm just to make sure we were aware of the changing conditions. We knew our boat was in good hands when we flew home briefly during our three-month stay. Eric sent us pictures daily via WhatsApp and kept a close eye on the lines. Meredith and Clive at the front office ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. It's a family run hotel and marina with a warm, welcoming, boutique feel. We visited many marinas in the Abacos and definitely intend to return to the Conch Inn next year!

Once again unsurpassed service and the friendliest staff anywhere. Dock Master Eric is both professional and knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to help in all ways with great patience for us less experienced getting in and out of the Marina.. His tips and tricks have been game changers for us and he even jumped on board to give us a quick lesson on approaching the fuel dock… WOW. The front office crew is patient and always willing to try to accommodate any request with a smile… and the homemade bread is in a league of its own. This is our favorite Marina hands down and I would highly recommend to all!! Thanks everyone… see you again soon!
What a terrific way to end the work day. Your great review and ones like it, reenergize us each day to be the best little resort we can be. While challenging to build and run and resort like the Conch Inn and Marina it has been so rewarding. We have somehow been blessed with the best of guests, both in the hotel and marina. What an excellent place! I normally stay down the road and it was booked. Conch in will now be my first selection. The staff, not only the front desk but everyone on site was courteous and friendly. Room was excellent. Air conditioning and hot water were perfect. Bed and linens were perfect. I actually over slept it was so comfortable. I walked the marina and would definitely bring my boat here. Fuel and ice are available.
