Top of the World and Personal !!!

The accommodations are luxurious while also being charming and rustic.
A nice price range of options makes this affordable for most.

Top of the world NATURE with exotic birds, exotic water, and the haunting audacity of the Andes... which provide the heat for the thermal pools and the winds for experience.

The food is exceptional in being wholesome, healthy, and using a variety of local and exotic sources. The iced guanabana X blackberry fruit juice is exqusite.

The warmth and special attention of the staff are what DEFINE this place for me as a place I could call "home" away from home.

GO EXPERIENCE THIS.

This review is for a day visit. I cannot comment on the overnight amenities. The bath are is amazing. There are multiple baths with varying temperatures and sizes throughout the property. To begin with there is security to get in and they check what is in your bag. The security could have been friendlier, but that is my only issue. The dressing rooms are indoors and are warm. It was cold outside so it felt great to be able to change indoors. There is plenty of room and the showers were great too.
Once outside there are so many baths to visit and in various sections. I would not hesitate to go back. It is outside Quito. If you have private transportation they can take you to the entrance. If you choose public transportation there is a small stretch where you will probably want to get a ride (can walk but it's uphill). Great experience overall.

An beautiful hotel with clean comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast and Therma pools (There's a cold pool and a few hot pools just outside the rooms. In additional, hiking trials is just steps away from the hotel. Highly recommended to stay here.

this is an enchanting place to soak in the hot springs pools that flow just outside our cabin door. the coca tea is a delightful way of being greeted after the picturesque journey to this high altitude hide away. if you plan on going be sure your agent books the chocolate massage on the onset of your tour so you don't miss out as i did.
the hospitality and food are top notch.

We were on a tour that arrived late at night due to problems on the road and had to leave by noon the next day. My room was spectacular - huge, well appointed and comfortable bed with an equally wonderful bathroom with excellent products. The thermal pools were right outside my room. Breakfast was included and the buffet was great except for the coffee which was too weak. Had wonderful hot chocolate instead. Managed to get up early and get a 1-hour massage and 20 minute eucalyptus steam for $60USD. Then back to the hot pools for a last soak before we left. Would have loved another day.
