At first glance the room was incredible with a massive kingsize bed, but on closer inspection it soon became clear that the hotel was not very well maintained the shower attachment was dirty and hanging off the wall, and infact the room was quite jaded and the bathroom floor was very dirty. We stayed 3 nights and in the end after 2 day it was obvious that it was not going to improve I cleaned the bathroom floor myself with wet wipes. The bar and Restaurant were closed and there was no food in the hotel at all. The reception staff were friendly enough and the Wi-fi worked ok. The parking was round the back of the hotel via a lift for the cars and space is very limited.

This was a last minute, unexpected stop as we had anunscheduled delay in our journey. It was quite late and we were less than pristine, but we were welcomed, even if this was to be only an overnught stay. Our room was quite large, off the typical hacienda-type courtyard, quiet and comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good, especially one of the starters. All in all, a decent place to stay overnight.

What a find - absolutely fantastic lunch. We just walked in off the street, table of 7 on holiday in Andalucia. Very well priced, the pork disk was very good indeed. Extremely attentive staff (especially the maitre - Migeul). Wish we'd found this restaurant sooner. Highly recommended

Only if you have to stay here...

On first appearance it looks to tick all of the boxes...but reality is something different. Wifi is hit or miss, the bar is cold and unwelcoming, the cloister cafe off the bar is unserviced. Supposedly there is a restaurant?

Our room lacked comfort, a decent shower, a comfortable bed, and a wifi signal!

Not to mention the experience of using the lift/elevator to access the parking!

A good location to visit nearby restaurants with wifi and good tapas tho!

As there was no telephone in my room! No on site parking and the public multi-storey is situated in an inconvenient location, not nearby. The hotel had a good cafeteria and restaurant and the staff is pleasant. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city centre, great for tourism but not fir business users!

At first sight it does not look very appealing, however when you enter the building it has so much history and charecture. The staff are lovely and very helpful, rooms and clean and area is very nice.
Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: large room, great location, good breakfast, nice old building, friendly service
Negative: hotel parking too small for most car sizes so have to go to centre (only few hundred metres, but not convenient)
