Right on the lake front, amazing views!

With just 12 cottages, it's more a boutique resort. The 2 Houseboats are a great facility

Food at the restaurant was above average. The meals were a great option. We really stuffed ourselves

Food on the Houseboat was just about average

The water canal within the resort could do with some cleaning and ensure water flow into the lake

Cottages are basic and could do with some more amenities. The floor tiles in the swimming pool need to be fixed

But it was a pleasant stay overall!

This is a nice, clean resort along the backwaters. It has a pool as well. Rooms are nice & well maintained. Resort is well lit. Water cleanliness is something that needs to be worked upon. Also more activities should be encouraged.

The hotel has a very good view of backwaters. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of lake while sitting in their well maintained garden.
Food n staff was also okay.
Though we were surprised a little that they didn't have even basic medicines like eno, gelosil etc. Though one can purchase it from the 10min distance market. But make sure you get your things by 8'o clock.
Overall experience was very good. We really enjoyed very much there.

We stayed here in November 2017 for one day. The most notable factor here for us was local cuisine and fish which we tried in the resort . The taste and preparation of the local fish was the best we had when we visited Kerala. The breakfast was decent too, so food wise we had no complaints here. The restaurant staff and hotel staff was helpful and courteous.

The rooms are spacious and have a decent view of the backwaters(although its not a direct view). The resort has a massage center, a swimming pool. They also seem to have houseboats which can be booked. The property overall is nice and quiet, has plenty of greenery, has a small pool of water surrounding all the rooms.

Improvement area is definitely the maintenance and upkeep of this place which seems average right now. We had to ask for a change of room since the room initially provided to us looked old, had paint which seemed to be peeling off in certain areas of room. The staff promptly provided us a new room. The new room had bed sheets which had dead insects/bugs on them. This possibly could be because the room had not been opened again after its last cleaning/maintenance. Overall everything else was good in the room but having so many trees/water around means there are bound to be insects/bugs all the time so maintenance plays a big part.

The room had all the required amenities and was quite spacious. except the above mentioned part we did not have any issues here during our stay.

Overall-

staff - helpful and courteous
food - very good
rooms - need to improve the maintenance and cleaning,
amenities are good, room is spacious
property - nice & quiet, lots of trees and view of backwater

This is lovely little resort right on the banks of Vembanad Lake. An amazing location and well maintained place . The cottages are spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and worked their best to make our stay better.

We stayed in the house boat for a day. Though the exterior looked old, it was very clean and well maintained inside. The driver and the cook were very courteous. They were building a new houseboat on the premises.

The restaurant had very good ambience but needs to improve on the food. Very less options for vegetarians. Except for the Kerala thaali, no other local food is available for veggies. Even any variety of Kerala curry wasn't available on request also. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were 2 Indian breakfast dishes + bread and cornflakes.

Improvements suggested - keep coffee /tea option in the cottages. Include local delicacies in breakfast and in the vegetarian menu. Include some activities /entertainment programs in the evening.
