Excellent view of Chinese old houses, culture and history. Old habits is still on the streets. Good food, cheap shopping stores. A place to stay at least 4 hours.

This area is very interesting from a cultural point of view when you realise that many enterprises began here. Some have famous lineage and others are names now forgotten, it's not a single reason to come here yet it should be on your list if you happen to be in this part of the world.

The backstreets are interesting and you should take time to just wander about but cover your ears if you don't like the scratchy yowling of the Chinese version of an oversized violin.

Many interesting old houses and of course the usual touristy style - many objects to buy if you don't mind more clutter at home, the tmosphere and the happy folk are my delight.

Take lots of photographs as they are your best source of memory.

Zhoucun Ancient City is a relic of Zibo's past. Walk the narrow streets (but watch for cars). Enjoy the old architecture and poke your head into the shops (that, in times past, housed other things). If you like taking pictures or taking selfies, this is a great place for that.

I really think cars should be prohibited, though.

Tourist street and it's packed daily with inland tourist. It's rare to find foreigners. Old pre war buildings and old history of various establishment can be found here. Worth the walk. Time spent. 1 half hours to finish walking. Took a taxi from zibo city to this place took me about 25 min at 35rmb. Forget about the zhoucun biscuit, it don't suit our taste.

It's a quaint little street and area of traditional buildings. Fun to explore for a while but nothing outstanding especially if you have spent much time travelling in China. Fun day out.
