Satisfactory stay.
Bed & Rooms are in great shape & comfortable stay.

Was good experience & quite hotel with good guest service.

Check in time is very less even for International Traveler.

Great discount offered even I was Walk in customer.

This is the best option in Zibo. The hotel is well located, close to the train station and there are several places to walk to for food.
The rooms are older and so is the gym. The breakfast has lots of options.

I didn't have high hopes for this hotel based on the reviews. However, this hotel was extremely luxurious and definitely rates at 5 stars. The room was enormous, the bed was bigger than a king size, and the bathroom was large as well with separate shower and bathtub. It had a reasonably priced minibar and free coffee/tea/fruit and moon cakes. My friends wedding was at the hotel, and was very well done, except for the fact that their ice maker was broken. The other downside to this hotel is there are only 2 elevators that go to the guest rooms and hotel is 30 floors. Sometimes there was quite a wait for the elevator. The hotel staff held our bags for us for several days while we went to Qingdao and then came back and stayed at the hotel a second time. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Stayed here for two nights for business. The rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable, among the best I've tried in Chinese hotels.

The restaurant on level 5 serves good food. Breakfast is fine.

Overall feeling is this is a perfectly fine hotel for a city this size.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and know they will lose many western customers when the new hotel (global brand starting with S) around the corner opens if this stay is any indication.

Check-in was a breeze, got to room it was 29 C in the room power only works with room key. The carpet had recently been cleaned in spots and still wet so musty smell throughout the room. Stains on the lounge chair deck chair with tear in it not a really comfortable feeling.

Then came dinner, from two young staff members chasing each other around the buffet area and knocking into guests to cold dishes, dishes not replaced when empty, staff packing up food at 20.30, my table being cleaned (drink and cutlery taken) when at the buffet trying to get something that resembled hot food. The only things that were warm was the beer and the plates in the plate warmer.
Try the noodles in the mini bar in your room they will be better than what was served up at the restaurant.

I dared not try breakfast.

Check out was also a breeze and a relief as this is the last time I will stay here. Back in November and will try the new hotel.
