Never having been in Red Lake before we asked several people in the hotel, hospital and street where to eat - - - they all said without hesitation “Antonio’s” (take a left at the stop light to 212 Howey St). This is an Italian restaurant with a good selection of salads, pizza, pastas, and hefty choices like ribs and filet mignon. We had a pizza made to order and it was delicious. Evidently reservations for the evening meal are needed. We arrived at 5:30 PM without a reservation, but they were able to find us a table before the evening full house rush. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that for a nice restaurant in a major fishing destination they had NO Fish on the menu.
