Unless you're very used to driving steep, narrow mountain roads, it will take you at least 20 minutes to get here from Domodosolla. And make sure you've got a GPS or google maps because it's not easy to find.
The food is very good. It's not a gastronomic restaurant and doesn't pretend to be. The menu is small: mostly cured meats, pasta and game.
Get a table next to the fire if you can. And, if you're going to drink, I'd recommend staying the night to avoid dangerous road back. And you should drink ! They've got a good house wine at 10 Euros the liter.
