Fantastic stay at the cottage. Lovely setting, and everything we needed was there.
We would definitely return for another stay!

“A perfect place for a family holiday.”

We had a wonderful week in Sea Glint and can't wait to stay there again. It's perfectly located only steps away from the sea shore, where we enjoyed rock-pooling and the small sandy beach. You can walk up the hill straight from the cottage to reach the fabulous Cocoa Tree cafe (unmissable) and also several craft galleries. There's lots to enjoy in Pittenweem itself but it's also a good base for reaching the other East Neuk villages and St Andrews, and Edinburgh too (we went by train from Leuchars station). The cottage is very comfortable with plenty of space. We especially loved the light and spacious top-floor sitting room as a place to relax in. The owners couldn't have been more helpful too. All in all, highly recommended!

“A wonderful holiday home”

We stayed in Sea Glint for a week in October and had the most fantastic holiday. The weather was mixed but having such a cosy place to come home to each day meant we made the most of the many outdoor activities that there are to do in the surrounding area. A particular highlight for our 18 month old daughter was going to Muddy Boots farm shop and children's activity centre, near Cupar.

We usually choose holiday accommodation in a rural location so booking Sea Glint, right in the centre of a village, was a different experience. We couldn't have been happier as it felt secluded with nobody really overlooking you and no noise from any of the nearby houses. We spent most of our time up on the top floor which provided a great playroom for our daughter and a quiet retreat for us once she had gone to bed!

We had such a happy time here that we have decided to rebook for next year, something that we have never done before. Thank you to Alan and Christine for providing us with such a lovely place to stay.

“Gorgeous cottage, a wee gem.”

We stayed here the week after Easter. We arrived to find a bottle of wine for us, and chocolate bunnies for our girls- a lovely touch. The cottage is quirky. Our youngest was 2 and able to deal with the changes in floor heights, steep stairs etc, but a younger, mobile child might struggle. That said, we loved Sea Glint. It has been decorated to perfection by Alan and Christine, everywhere you look, there is something interesting to see. Our 10 year old loved the attic room. Its seconds from the shore, a minute from the High Street, easy parking, a glorious holiday rental. I wish I owned it!
