Spacious rooms with decent amenties. Quite clean. The chef and restaurant staff were helpful. Tasty food, though not always fresh. The staff at the reception need to pull up their socks. could be more helpful
If you like an unclean room, no hot water, no internet, horrible service and staffing dragging furniture across the floors at all hours of the night; then this is the place for you! I would not recommend anyone to stay here... they call themselves a “business hotel” but they do not have internet besides their lobby. The rooms are not well kept with paint pealing and dirty hand marks all over the walls. The staff here has not been helpful or courteous. They are smug and don’t really care if there are issues. At time of check in they told us about their internet issues, or lack there of. But advertised they advertised that they have internet. I’m extremely dissatisfied in everything here. This is NOT a four star hotel!
Finding a bar in Thrissur can be a challenge. This one is located below and at the back of the hotel. There are a couple of bars adjacent to one another one is definitely locals and whilst we were happy to stay in that we were ushered next door. Service was fast and the a/c and beer were nice and cool.
Hotel standard not up to the mark also hotel staff unprofessional need to give training how to deal with guest and customer service if you will ask something regarding food they were not able to give answers I experienced with their buffet they mentioned ginger chicken chilly when I took and Straight away I eat that was with bone they didn’t mention in menu tags and it was Stuck in my mouth even I ask staff he said bone less really very bed hospitality and experience please give proper training to staff before you start any function.
Along with friends stayed for two days, while on the way to shabarimala temple. The hotel was very well maintained and also flexible. Room service was good and quality of food also was good. Overall it's a nice place.
