Hello Gregor,

My partner (the owner) remembers your table very well. I will try to address the several points you raise viz;

1...."Horrible food" so surprised to be told by my staff that most of the food was consumed!

2....After 3pm we do not serve pizzas, the service resumes at 6pm.

3....Tiny desserts (an opinion)......but as part of a fully inclusive menu we rarely hear complaints such as this.

4...."Prices were bad"....by this I assume you mean not good value for money!.......this again is not the majority view but you are entitled to express your opinion.

5...I understand the mix on the orders were as follows;
the drinks for the children were not as per the order....
1 Hamburger was missed by the kitchen staff.......
the chocolate cake was finished so we had to offer an alternative......

6...."Avoid at all Costs"..........some will (based on this review), many will not, as this is a relatively isolated case which occurred in a period when we were making a transition between lunch and dinner AND demand was particularly high and, not anticipated, hence only 2 staff members serving many customers.

You undoubtedly know that Ferragudo is blessed with many fine restaurants so you wont be stuck for somewhere to eat in the future......although please be reminded that most restaurants will close lunch service at 3pm and reopen at 6pm.
