If you've ever wondered what glow worms look like then I recommend this tour
There's a short walk down (I recommend wearing runners) into the bush to a creek between the rocks and you'll see the magic that is the glow worms , it's truely beautiful and Jochen is a great , relaxed and knowledgable tour guide

Took this tour with William and it was just my family. William was very knowledgeable and funny. The entire tour lasted the whole day and it was worth it. We started out from Sydney in the morning and made a stop in Bilpin for apple pie at one of the apple orchards. The pie was very different from those made in the United States - not as gooey or sugary, very dry and the crust was more sconey than pastry. We all enjoyed it. Then we drove down to Katoomba, veered off the main road onto a country road to get to the end of that road where we had to park the car and continue on foot. We saw some kangaroos on the drive up and got some great pictures. We went on a bush walk of about twenty minutes before we arrived at the entrance of the glow worm tunnel. The bush walk was refreshing and peaceful. This was our first time seeing the glow worms, there was not a lot of them but what there was was just magical. When we returned to the car, William smoked some fish, sausages and steak which we ate with salad and potatoes. We packed up and drove on to the Blue mountains to see the three sisters and the valley. The look out to the three sisters is amazing and the greenness of the valley is breathtaking especially with the blue hue of the Eucalyptus trees above it.. We enjoyed the view and took many pictures. We finally returned to Sydney after a truly magical day. Would do the tour again with William and would recommend it to anyone planning to go to the Blue mountain.

Hi

Thank you for the lovely review but I believe you might have mixed up our company Blue Mountains Glow Worm Tours with another fantastic (by the sounds of it!) tour company. We have many more Glow Worms than what you mention, and, we don't drive you around the Blue Mountains for the whole day. Im sure its not us!

William and his team deserve the great review you have given them them so please post it on their page.

I'm very glad you enjoyed your time in the Blue Mountains though!

Thanks
Jochen
