As written in the apology letter delivered to you upon your arrival, the owner of the water pipes (Acqualatina) suspended the water supply from 2 pm to 8 pm. We do not know that the water was not drinkable for this reason. In the letter that was delivered to you there were also instructions on how to behave to ensure that our water reserves of 20,000 liters were not exhausted before the resumption of service.
Also for the indications relating to the swimming pool, we are pleased to point out that as our structure is close to the mountain, it goes in the shade at 6 pm, so the rescue service ends shortly after.
Being an Italian you know for sure that this service is mandatory by law and and you should also know that according to italian laws it is not possible to prohibit swimming in the sea. But precisely because the rescue service is mandatory, we are required to inform you about the guaranteed timetables.
We are sorry that you found useful not to provide these details in your review. But it is certainly very significant that you did.
Last but not least, you booked a double with single use, but you were 2 people, actually: so much for having travelled in over 100 countries.
Thanks for your opinion.
