Pros close to the beach
Nice garden
Cons
1.People at the desk do not speak a word other than Italian.
2. The walls were so thin I was living with my neighbours and I am sure so were they
3. Nothing new was brought down to breakfast until we finished the old. So 4 days later that old stale cake was there waiting to be eaten
4. Forget about WiFi on upper floors
5.if you arrive late you have to wake up the night person to open the door
6. They seem to hate having guests

Excellent hotel because they have the best staff as always.I felt myself at home during our stay.The Hotel is also very charming.All request were immediately answered.We were so impressed.The owner was accomodating.Wonderful room,very clean,nice bathroom.The breakfast offered was fantastic,lunch and dinner also.The location is absolutely great because it is just walking distance to the beach.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay at your incredible Hotel once again.Thank you so much.We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We spent 3 days in this hotel, they had just reopened after winter closing. The staff was very kind and professional, the room quiet and clean, the pool clean and well kept,
Breakfast was normal with limited choice, probably because there were only few guests.
The position was perfect on the long sandy beach of San Felice.
