the best time for this city is in spring and summer, very beautiful city with amazing vegetation.
the Babak Fort is a important historical place actually for people that believe Iran became Muslim country by war not by choose.
you can find three way to Fort but the best and easy way is pass a part by car then have 1 hour to reach to location.

It was planed one way (latural) route to visit the castle. Start from nomads camp to castle roof (An easy assending track way around Max.1 hr) and,
Dessending to Qale Daraci camp station via Qaleh Daraci Valley.
This part is almost beautiful & exciting (around Max. 3 hr’s as amateurs).
Attention please; Dessending needs mountaineering shoes & expert leader.

The castle is built at an approximate height of 2380 meters, the access to the Babak Castle is mountainous and very beautiful, there are two paths to the castle from the main road (asphalt), one stone stepping path for those who want to hiking to the fort. And the other route is road that can be access by 4wd cars, before the castle, these two paths joined together and the end of the path must be pass by hiking.
