I booked this hotel in hoteles.com, it appear available but with no refundable cancelation. The hotel calls me to told me that i have to cancel the reservation!!, a non refundable reservation!!!, because they dont have any room... my credit card is charged and 5 days after the hotel doesnt want to help, they keep telling me that its my problem that i have to resolve with hoteles.com, they insist that they will not contact them

Be very carefull with the managers, it's a shame, great location, great hotel!

This hotel was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious. Each room has 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom each. The rooms are modern and they keep them very clean and maintained them very well. All rooms have views to the lake and their own balcony. Each bedroom has 2 king beds (one is a trinket bed under the main bed) which are very comfortable and they use soft bed sheets. The bathrooms are not huge but are also modern style. Each room has a kitchen that is equipped with glasses, ceramic plates and silverware. The kitchen also has pans to cook in the stove, coffee machine and a toaster oven. No microwave.The continental breakfast was very simple with cereal, bread for toasts, one type of cookies, milk, orange juice and coffee. So ensure to bring groceries to cook your own breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel has a very limited menu (hot dog and burgers) and there are no nearby restaurants so make sure to bring carryout food or groceries to cook. They have a bar but you can bring your own drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is small but very nice. You can also swim in the lake. The kids had a great time jumping from the boat deck to the lake. The hotel also offers free kayaks and boats. You can also rent a jet ski for extra charge. The lake is very quite and peaceful. An awesome place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature. The only minor thing was that they don't have separate towels for the pool and bathroom. We had to use our bathroom towels for the pool. :-( Highly recommend this hotel for family vacations and honeymoon.
