It is definitely nice place to stay either just for couple or big families. All apartments are modern furnished with terrace, clean, nice staff. Breakfast quite simple and swimming pool not heated. But I can just recommend. City center 5 min walk. Beach 1 min walk.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff and with a small poolarea for relaxing time. Overall the hotel is well worth the money. It takes 10 minutes to walk into the village with its harbour area. Here you will find 20-30 restaurants or coffe bars.. some drawbacks though...
The hotel states on several booking sites that they can arrange breakfast for a small fee. So they did for us also byt we have to push the discussion hard in order to get it. They first stated that they only arrange that for "certain groups".
Secondly, we booked a room called: "room with balcony facing the pool". What we got was a ground floor room with a porch facing a huge stone wall and next to a huge extremely noisy fridge compressor and sometimes with an awful smell coming from the garbage area. If you stood on the porch and jumped, you still didn't see the pool. When we asked if this was the correct room, the said yes.
So, make sure you get what you pay for, and dont expect that you can buy breakfast.
But, if you do get a decent room, this is a great hotel.
My advice is to choose a room in the older yellow building, high up with balcony. Then you will have great sunset and pool overlooking view

Room Tip: Yellow old building, high up with balcony

Villa Nina is a complex of three buildings which are newly build. Everything is nice and well maintained. We got upgrade from our first booking for free and even our late arrival in the evening was not a problem.
Hosts where really friendly and everything was as stated. There is also a nice loby with reception desk when you arrive. We had a small apartment with kitchen, sleeping room and a bathroom. In the kitchen there is table for four, TV and a couch which can be transformed to a bed for two. Kitchen is well equipped but with no microwave. There is no TV in a sleeping room.
Only thing I should add to sleeping room is some wardrobe.

It was early in the year pool was not working as it was too cold for using it. Apartment had also heating so in the evening there was no problem to warm it up.
Fažana center is just few minutes away on your foot and you can enjoy your view from balcony to Brijuni islands and sea. Also there is a big market (Plodine) just few minutes on foot a way.
As the time of year was not busy we could park on any reserved parking place in front of apartments or in the reserved parking inside apartment complex. Little problem could be in the Summer if you have a bigger car as outside parking places are little bit short.
Apartments are really to recommend .
