This hotel is beautifully appointed. Owners Madeline and Tim have created an oasis in Le Marche with attention to detail and a tilt towards luxury obvious in everything from the bathroom linens to the fabulously comfortable outdoor decks and delicious offerings on the restaurant's food and wine menu. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and were immensely helpful in terms of recommendations for day trips/wine tastings etc. We had a really lovely relaxing few days.

Tim and Madeleine Jones have rebuilt an old palazzo in Montelparo. They have furnished it beautifully, and created rooms that have every luxury. From breakfast on the sunny patio overlooking the rolling countryside, to dinner in the perfectly restored brick arch alcoves, everything has been designed to make an outstanding boutique hotel. The cuisine is Tim's expertise; the comfort and service are Madeleine's.
This really is "the stuff that dreams are made on".

This is flawless and peerless.

My husband and I have stayed at many high end hotels and Hotel Leone sits comfortably above any of them. The quality of the renovation coupled with the elegance of the interior fit out is something to be appreciated. From the moment you arrive at the Hotel you are warmly welcomed by Madeline and Tim. They make the perfect partnership when running Leone, Madeline the quintessential hostess and Tim the culinary expert. There local knowledge is excellent ensuring you see and experience the best parts of the region.
We stayed in the traditional Italian suite with a king size bed you just lost yourself in. The servicing of the room was faultless and everyday the room was attended to the same as it was the first day we arrived, thanks to the lovely Elvira who has an incredible attention to detail.
Dining in the restaurant is a foodies delight and Madeline and Angela attend to your every need. Viz assists Tim in the kitchen and creates some of the tastiest pizzas in the area. We stayed for 7 nights and after a couple of days you realise what a warm family vibe that Hotel Leone exudes.
We will be back!

Montelparo is located in an outstandingly beautiful area and Hotel Leone is perched in the centre with amazing views and ideal location for exploring. Tim and Madeline have created the perfect boutique hotel which provides everything one needs. High quality rooms, good restaurant, superb pool all combined with a high level but friendly service.
We shall return-Highly Recommended
