“Good Play ground But sanitary system very poor!”

Frog Hollow Reserve
Reviewed April 4, 2018

I was there to watch my grand kids play sport and train rugby. There were many various age groups from toddlers, under 7, under 10, under 16 and other teenagers to parents. The teams were more than 6 playing all over the reserve. I was terrible disappointed with the sanitary system. I am a public health specialist . For so many teams, big groups , different age groups there was only one common toilet as a washroom. The toilets are very dirty. One wonders when last these toilets were ever cleaned. The other two (may be cleaner) were locked and chained.

Really nice park, with lakes you can walk around, childrens play equipment, gym equipment and toilets! Two black swans and three cygnets are there now, and other aquatic birds. Very pleasant place for a walk, picnic etc.

Local reserve
I have visited this place frequently
There are always people running & power walking, perfect for cardio sessions (1.5km per lap)
They have upgraded the reserve with a playground & undercover seating area with bbq & toilet.
Great for families.
Also great scenery of the wildlife, birds & ducks.
Highly recommended.

Great running and walking tracks around the lake. Great playgrounds for younger kids. Outdoor gym equipment next to playground & BBQ area. Toilets not the best. BYO toilet paper !!

This award winning wetland isn't very well known but it should be. Doesn't look anything special but it's lovely. Has a great playground and good BBQ facilities. But the highlight is the lake that is home to abundant fauna. You'll see heaps of swans. As the name suggests it's a popular home for various frog species. Very popular walking/cycling track around lake. Also popular for dog walking
